The Dynma OTC transport element is especially designed to enable the straightforward unloading, tilting and transportation of cabinets pressed in our AIRKOMP and VK-011 case clamps. What makes the OTC unique is that the two arms of the 90º tilter can become a 180º conveyor, which, thanks to the rows of multi-directional roll units on the longer arm, allows cabinets to be moved away from the press in multiple directions with ease. The fully automatic, extremely versatile ADP is an electromechanical clamp designed for the precise pressing of doors and frames at high production rates. Able to work at 45º or 90º angles, the clamp can be adjusted automatically, making it straightforward to assemble doors and frames of different dimensions with ease, with clamping bridges and cylinders keeping them in position safely throughout the process, ensuring an extremely accurate and high-quality result each time. The ADP’s modes and production configurations are managed via a simple to use but powerful touchscreen control panel.

The PR.Plus is a new rotary clamp with four work stations, with servo-driven turning movement. The PR.Plus is designed to extend the door drying time (by a factor of 4) and, since it operates in an automatic unloading cycle without operator intervention, it allows for a continuous flow of work on assembly lines. The stop point keeps the working face inclined allowing the parts to be placed in the press in a stable manner, the work surface behaves as a support base where the parts are held in place for assembling the door. Once the door is assembled the clamping stage is activated (manual or automatic) in two perpendicular directions (X and Y). The force is exerted by hydraulic cylinders with capacity to press even solid wood doors. La PR.Plus es una nueva prensa rotativa con cuatro estaciones de trabajo, con movimiento de giro servo-accionado. La prensa PR.Plus está diseñada para prolongar el tiempo de secado de la puerta (en un factor de 4) y, dado que funciona en un ciclo de descarga automática sin la intervención del operador, permite un flujo continuo de trabajo en las líneas de montaje. El punto de parada mantiene la cara de trabajo inclinada permitiendo que las piezas se coloquen en la prensa de forma estable, la superficie de trabajo se comporta como una base de apoyo donde las piezas se mantienen para facilitar el montaje de la puerta. Una vez montada la puerta, se activa la etapa de prensado (manual o automático) en dos direcciones perpendiculares (X e Y). La fuerza de prensado es ejercida por cilindros hidráulicos con capacidad para prensar incluso puertas de madera maciza.
