ASSEMBLY LINES
In modern production systems, the cutting and machining processes are highly automated and operation times tightly controlled.
The final products, whether they be doors, drawers, cabinets or other modular furniture are very often extremely diverse, thanks to the combinations of parts, models and colours available for selection. Consequently, the assembly phases are where much of the time gained previously can be lost.
At Dynma we believe that in order to make assembly as time efficient as the other processes, it is essential to organize it as an ordered, linear process, enabling efficient and ergonomic work for operators, whilst at the same time maintaining the flexibility to manage the variety of products in production.
These principals, combined with our Technical Department´s years of experience working with clients of all sizes all over the world and understanding that no client or their products are the same, have resulted in our portfolio of versatile elements, which can be tailored so the line structures the stages of their individual assembly processes and requirements.
The example layouts below illustrate how elements that fulfil the most common requirements in each area of assembly can be combined. Clicking on the arrow above the element opens an information screen containing a video of it in operation.
