PR Plus Rotary Door Clamp

The sophisticated PR Plus is a fully electronic, servo-driven rotary clamp for the precise and fast clamping of interior and exterior doors at high production levels. It is designed to extend the door drying time whilst being continuously clamped by a factor of 4, and, as it can operate in an automatic unloading cycle without operator intervention, it provides a continuous work flow to supply assembly lines.

The servo-controlled rotation system and hydraulic pressing system form an ideal partnership. The rotation system provides speed, power and precision in maneuvers and positioning, while the system of hydraulic cylinders provide a force capable of clamping even solid wood doors.

The inclined stopping position of the four workstations allows doors to be safely placed on a stable support base, making pre-assembly easier. The clamping operation is activated automatically or manually simply by the touch of a button, and all aspects of clamping, from operation mode and power to clamping time, are managed by a simple to use but powerful touchscreen control terminal, with a comprehensive alarm management system.

The PR Plus can be integrated into an assembly line by means of an optional CDA shuttle, which automatically unloads and transports doors from underneath the clamp.
