DPB Pre-assembly bench system

The DPB is a double pre-assembly bench system with a central transfer unit, designed to complement the clamp in high production lines.

Automatic clamps have a very fast pressing cycle time, but the pre-assembly process is often more time-consuming.

In order to balance these two different operational times, it is necessary to incorporate two operators in pre-assembly, doubling the capacity and simultaneously generating an optimal workflow on the assembly line.
